STOP an ATTACKER!
Aware of her surroundings, she had already seen him watching her. He had tried to feign fumbling around in the glove compartment, as if looking for something, but she knew he was sizing her up. He had looked too long. She first had an uneasy feeling when a dark van pulled up beside her in the poorly lit parking lot of the local grocery-mart. While putting groceries in her back seat, she felt someone’s eyes roving the contours of her body.
She instinctively turned around and met his gaze. He quickly looked away, and she knew he was trying to look as if he had not been looking. Then a stab of uneasiness hit her, she knew he was fixing to make a move. She braced as she heard the shuffling noise of him coming, she already had her finger on the red button of her keychain pepperspray.
Nearly upon her, he had pulled a knife, and was fully intent on forcing her into the side door of the van. She turned to face her attacker, confident that she could bring him to his knees. She aimed and fired, while he was yet five or six feet away, giving him a full one second blast straight into his wild-eyed surprised face!
ARRRHHHHAAAAGGH. His eyeballs slammed shut, forcing the irritant even deeper into his sockets, he dropped the knife, in an instant, he was incapacitated, falling to his knees upon the pavement. She ran quickly back into the store, telling them to call the police. Her pulse was racing away.
She knew, that without her trusty pepper spray, she would have been at the non-mercy of a sex-crazed maniac. When the cruiser pulled up, he was still rolling around on the ground, his eyeballs felt as though someone had held a blowtorch upon them, he was coughing uncontrollably, the triple action of the mace, tear gas, and UV dye, had caused all of the mucous membranes to swell rapidly.
He was miserably foiled in his attempt at kidnap and rape. The officer cuffed him, and ran his mug, finding him wanted in three states for forcible rape, as well as murder. The officer asked the lady – What did you hit him with? Her hand still shaking she tapped her keychain and answered: Pepper Shot triple action.
